No copays, surprise bills or hidden fees. No insurance hassles.
Monthly fee schedule per child based on their age:

Birth through 2 years old $175/month
Ages 3-5 years $150/month
Ages 6- 17 years $125/month
Ages 18-21 years $75/month
Family Maximum $300/month

There is a family enrollment fee of $100 at the initiation of membership.
Additional discounts available to families that pay their annual membership in advance.
You will receive one free month of membership for every family that you refer who enrolls.
Newborn 4th Trimester Package
$500 (Non-member one-time fee)​​
Includes:
-6 home visits at approximately 2-3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months
-Feeding advice and lactation support
-First set of vaccines at 2 months of age (our partner Vaxcare bills insurance for vaccines)
-Unlimited text, email, phone, video access for the full 3 months

The fee can be applied to membership if continuing with the practice after the first 3 months.
