Monthly fee schedule per child based on their age:

Birth through 2 years old $184/month
Ages 3-5 years $158/month
Ages 6- 17 years $131/month
Ages 18-21 years $79/month
Family Maximum $315/month

There is a family enrollment fee of $100 at the initiation of membership.
Additional discounts available to families that pay their annual membership in advance.

Newborn 4th Trimester Package
$550 (Non-member one-time fee)​​
Includes:
-6 home visits at approximately 2-3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months
-Feeding advice and lactation support
-First set of vaccines at 2 months of age (our partner Vaxcare bills insurance for vaccines)
-Unlimited text, email, phone, video access for the full 3 months

The fee can be applied to membership if continuing with the practice after the first 3 months.
